Site visit & brief
A director visits to measure up, look at the existing structure and services, and hear how you want the space to work.
Scope & quote
We set out the scope and a written quote, noting anything that can't be confirmed until the work opens up.
Planning & approvals (if needed)
If your project needs development approval or engineering, we flag it early. Your designer or engineer prepares the documents, and we build to the approved plans.
Construction
We coordinate the licensed trades in the right order and keep you informed as each stage is finished.
Handover
We walk through the finished work with you and check the details together before handover. Our work is licensed, insured and warranty-backed.
